The Absolute Barbecue Company is fully licensed and insured to serve alcoholic beverages (serve not sell). You provide the alcoholic beverages and we'll serve it in style.  We will serve a wide range of your favorite domestic and imported wines, champagnes, beers, premium spirits and of course non-alcoholic beverage for your cocktail reception.   We will make every effort to accomodate a special request and even feature a specialty drink to enhance your event.  We can provide theme party additions for your coctail reception - lighting, music, ice sculptures, specialty linens and glassware.

• Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Root Beer & Bottled Water - starting at $1.50 pp

• Lemonade, Iced Tea & Water - $1.00 pp

• Coffee & Tea Station - $1.50 pp

• Coffee & Tea Service - $1.75 pp

 

Beverage Service Options (service only, beverages not included)

 

Picnic Beverage Service - $450

 (based on a 4 hour event, 1 station per 150 guests)

• Includes bartender, compostable cups, ice, napkins, tables and linen for bar.

• Client provides all product.

 

Beer & Wine Beverage Service - $550

 (based on a 4 hour event, 1 station per 150 guests)

• Includes bartender, glassware, ice, napkins, tables and linen for bar.

• Client provides all product.

 

Full Bar Beverage Service - $650

 (based on a 4 hour event, 1 station per 150 guests)

• Includes bartender, glassware, ice, napkins, tables and linen for bar.

• Client provides all product including mixers and garnish.
