What We Are

Absolute Barbecue Company is one of the Bay Area's largest off-premise caterers for both private parties and corporate events. Catering and event planning is not just part of what we do, it's all we do. That's what sets us apart from other barbecue companies. Our chefs cook on site at your event, providing the most tantalizing aromas and authentic barbecue atmosphere. All you need to do is show up and enjoy yourselves! We feature a true Texas style barbecue, using only the finest choice meat seasoned with hand-rubbed spices or specialty marinades and slow smoked with hickory logs. We then grill over mesquite to ensure that 'fall off the bone melt in your mouth' fresh taste that we are renowned for. We are a barbecue caterer with the wide range of bbq menues.


Catering By Dana, our fine dining and corporate division, specializes in non-barbecue menus. If your needs are greater than just barbecue you won't have to go anywhere else. We can customize any menu to fit your needs whether it's a breakfast meeting, an afternoon picnic, an evening wedding or nighttime cocktail party.
